Work permits 
If you have already contacted specialists of M.Tree, it means that You are only a few steps away from hiring a foreigner to work in Your company.
You should apply (as a future employer) to the District Employment Agency (PUP) for an employer’s declaration of the intention to employ foreigners. The foreigner himself is not entitled to request such permit.
After receiving permit – You have to forward it to the previously designated foreigner, so he can apply for a visa. Thanks to the work permit he will be able to work in the area of our country completely legally.

Will the work permit be enough? Work permit gives a right for Your future employee to legally work in Your company on previously designated position, provided that the foreigner still owns a valid visa or temporary residence permit which allows him to undertake a job in the territory of our country.
