How to register your stay in Poland? In order to do that, the easiest way is to ask for a help of specialists from M. To register your stay in the Republic of Poland or to obtain the residence permit, you have to put an application in selected Province Governor’s Office, i.e. appropriate due to your current place of staying.

I am an EU citizen – do I have to register my stay in Poland? Yes, if you have been staying in the Republic of Poland for at least 3 months.* Then the registration of your stay is mandatory. Additionally, members of your family, if they are not EU citizens, have to obtain the so-called residence permit for the family member of the EU citizen. *The registration obligation does not include, among others, EU citizens, who are employees and entrepreneurs, who have been covered with public health insurance, who are studying or who are married to a Polish citizen.
