How to register a company in the S24 system – 3 steps:

Precise establishment of the model of contract and the company’s line of business.

Valid preparation of company’s formation deed. Appointing members of the management board. Submitting an application for entry to KRS (National Court Register).

Receiving KRS entry. Acquiring NIP (Tax Identification Number ) and REGON (Polish National Business Registry Number).

You will receive registered entity ready to begin its business activity, together with required id numbers (NIP, REGON, KRS) within 3 working days
